Backend Engineer

• Lead and manage a small engineering squad (2 Full-Stack Engineers).
• Act as primary point of contact and interface with Bend Health leadership.
• Lead technical execution and help scale the team, including mentoring two senior engineers.
• Write production-quality code alongside the team (hands-on role).
• Own backend (Ruby) and frontend (React + TypeScript) development.
• Collaborate with the Product team to refine requirements and tickets.
• Drive adoption of automation and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support major launches and cross-team collaboration (e.g., with Lyra).
