About the role
- Lead or support technical implementations for new customers.
- Configure platform environments according to customer requirements.
- Support setup, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementations.
- Work closely with engineering to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Ensure smooth operation of platform deployments.
- Configure integrations, workflows, and system settings.
- Support customers with technical setup and configuration tasks.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for implementations.
- Assist with AI-related configurations and prompt design when applicable.
- Help optimize AI workflows for customer implementations.
- Support scaling of AI-powered features across deployments.
- Act as the technical point of contact during customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of professional experience in technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Operations, or other customer-facing engineering positions.
- Proven experience supporting technical implementations and platform deployments, including onboarding and configuring systems for customers.
- Strong hands-on experience with API integrations, system configuration, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work directly with customers in technical discussions, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
