Product Manager

• Maintain a prioritized product backlog, including the authoring of user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure that the voice of the customer is reflected in product decisions
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering leadership
• Communicate sprint priorities, release goals, and roadmap commitments to stakeholders across the organization
• Leverage AI tools, including Claude and comparable solution, to accelerate requirements development, prototype validation, user story creation, and discovery activities
• Partner with Product Management and User Experience to ensure that delivered features meet both customer expectations and product strategy objectives
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams across multiple time zones, including TrueComp’s offshore engineering partners
• Contribute to the broader product vision, strategy, and roadmap in coordination with product leadership
