Engineer

• Manage, configure, and optimize the Atlassian Jira platform to support project management, issue tracking, and workflow automation within the organization.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, screen schemes, and permission schemes to align with organizational needs
• Create custom fields, dashboards, reports, and filters to provide meaningful insights and meet user requirements
• Develop and implement automation solutions, including plugins and scripts, to extend Jira's functionality and improve operational efficiency
• Integrate Jira with other third-party tools and systems to streamline development and project management processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to user access, notifications, workflows, and system performance
• Install, manage, and configure Jira and other Atlassian tools like Confluence
• Support and build integrations between Jira and other software development tools to enable seamless data flow and visibility
• Plan and perform system upgrades, migrations, and regular health checks, and document all system configurations, processes, and user-facing materials
• Develop custom dashboards, advanced filters using Jira Query Language (JQL), and reports to provide meaningful operational metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time)

AI Security Engineer

• Experience architecting, designing, deploying, and managing of ServiceNow
• Experienced within the ServiceNow CMDB (cloud based)
• Knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalogs, Change Control/Change Management, HAM, and SAM for large scale enterprise customers with large distributed business units or state agencies
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and mechanisms
• Maintaining and upgrading the platform, including user management and system configurations
• Identifying and resolving issues related to the platform through debugging &amp;/or troubleshooting
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions to ensure successful implementation and efficiency
• Streamline documentation on system changes and configurations
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure overall quality of ServiceNow solutions
• Monitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Modify and/or customize the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, Service Catalog while applying best practices
• Assist in delivering best practices for the Enterprise to include ITIL, Agile, PMBOK frameworks for delivering IT Services
• Create and enhance business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and automation scripts to improve service efficiency and automate tasks within ServiceNow.
