About the role
- Oversee one or more 3PR Retrofit Programs
- Act as Amazon OE’s delegated authority for program coordination
- Ensure all retrofit activities align with Amazon OE standards
- Plan and deliver Program and Project Kickoff Meetings
- Own and maintain the master program schedule
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly program meetings
- Provide guidance to the TUC A&I Division team
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and documentation
Requirements
- Oversee one or more 3PR Retrofit Programs
- Act as Amazon OE’s delegated authority for program coordination
- Ensure alignment with Amazon OE standards, technical requirements, safety expectations, and delivery milestones
- Plan and deliver Program and Project Kickoff Meetings
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly program meetings with internal teams and stakeholders
- Provide guidance, direction, and prioritization to the team
- Maintain and improve organization of systems, tools, and software supporting the program
- Collaborate closely with Amazon Engineers and OE stakeholders
