About the role
- Manage and maintain HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, compensation changes, etc.).
- Support compliance initiatives, including personnel file audits, I-9 verification, and adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, IT, HRBPs and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and reporting.
- Assist other HR subsidiaries when needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to support scalability and efficiency as the company grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience and 2+ years in an HR operations, coordinator, or generalist role
- Experience working in an HRIS (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, UKG, Paylocity, etc.)
- Familiarity with federal and state labor law compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
