About the role
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process and source agency talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and coach staff.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and insightful exit interviews.
- Design initiatives that align with company culture and core values.
- Maintain HR dashboard and prepare insights on retention and organizational health.
- Oversee semi-monthly payroll and lead salary benchmarking and increase cycles.
- Direct benefits strategy and manage compliance with state/federal filings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an agency, media, or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree; a SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR is highly preferred.
- Proficient with HRIS platforms (Paylocity experience is a gold star).
- Ability to build a compelling narrative in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to manage high-level retention strategy and payroll troubleshooting effectively.
