About the role

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process and source agency talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and coach staff.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and insightful exit interviews.
  • Design initiatives that align with company culture and core values.
  • Maintain HR dashboard and prepare insights on retention and organizational health.
  • Oversee semi-monthly payroll and lead salary benchmarking and increase cycles.
  • Direct benefits strategy and manage compliance with state/federal filings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an agency, media, or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree; a SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms (Paylocity experience is a gold star).
  • Ability to build a compelling narrative in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to manage high-level retention strategy and payroll troubleshooting effectively.
