• Experienced service professionals play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Client Operations and Wealth Management teams, ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of client transactions, account maintenance, and operational workflows.
• This position is responsible for handling account-related requests, maintaining accurate client records, collaborating with financial advisors and custodians, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Some of the key responsibilities include executing client transactions, including cash movements, wires, ACH transfers, and account openings and maintenance;
• Monitoring and reconciling transactions to ensure accuracy and timely execution;
• Maintaining and updating client records in the firm’s CRM and custodian systems;
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and the advisory team regarding operational inquiries and account-related issues;
• Providing timely updates to clients and advisors on the status of deliverables.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and completing special projects, as requested.
