Accountant

• Maintain the general ledger and record transactions accurately
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, prepaids, accruals, and key accounts
• Support month-end close and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and process client billing per fee schedules and agreements
• Process accounts payable, including invoice coding, approvals, and payments
• Track and report on team and individual budgets
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management
• Support forecasting and variance analysis
• Use QuickBooks as the primary accounting system
• Use Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and analysis
• Follow internal controls and documentation standards for an RIA environment
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory exams as needed

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Assist in producing client performance reports in Addepar, including return, benchmark, and exposure data.
• Help reconcile performance and holdings data across custodians, fund administrators, and internal systems; flag discrepancies for review
• Support advisors with performance-related questions and report customizations.
• Build and maintain recurring internal reports on firm-wide positioning and performance using Addepar, Morningstar, and FactSet.
• Execute ad-hoc data pulls and analytical requests for the investment team, including manager comparisons, exposure summaries, and simple attribution work.
• Maintain and update performance templates used in alternative investment decks and internal presentations.
• Build comparison exhibits showing platform funds versus relevant benchmarks and peer groups
• Produce quarterly and annual performance tear sheets for platform funds
• Apply the firm's quality control and version-control standards to ensure consistent, accurate outputs.
• Build and maintain Excel models tracking fund-level performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI, MOIC, PME)
• Create charts, graphs, and dashboards visualizing investment exposures, asset allocations, and performance (MTD, YTD, 3‑Year, and Inception‑to‑Date)
• Update fund pitch decks, fact sheets, and performance reports with refreshed performance data, fund profiles, platform AUM figures
• Update relevant Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) responses as needed
• Assist with preparation of materials for investment committee meetings, model portfolio reviews, and team check-ins.
• Proactively learn the firm's tools, processes, and investment philosophy.

Investment Performance Analyst

• Serve as the firm’s internal tax resource by reviewing inquiries related to tax returns, planning strategies, and general tax matters, and conducting research as needed to provide clear, accurate guidance to advisors and internal teams.
• Develop tax-focused content (articles, presentations, guides, etc.) for use with clients and prospects.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that could impact planning strategies for high-net-worth clients and communicate relevant updates to the firm.
• Develop tax-focused trainings and educational materials for the firm.
• Assist the wealth planning team with the generation of checklist, decision trees, and process guides.
• Attend internal meetings with advisory and business development teams to provide tax planning guidance and to assist in the development of strategies tailored to client needs.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings (as needed) to provide subject-matter expertise on tax planning strategies, regulatory updates, and implications for their overall financial picture.
• Assist the planning team in sourcing and interviewing third-party tax advisors to partner with our firm.
• Assist with internal projects and wealth-planning tasks that are not tax-related, as assigned.
