Content Manager

• Identification and segmentation of target groups: Analyze the membership base (e.g., by graduation year, region, industry, career stage), develop personas, and create segmented communication strategies to increase engagement rates.
• Channel-appropriate management of all relevant communication channels (social media, LinkedIn newsletter, website, etc.) by creating and publishing relevant content tailored to the needs of international alumni groups.
• Design and implementation of communication and content strategies: plan editorial calendars and produce written content, videos and graphics that strengthen alumni cohesion and promote association activities.
• Measurement and optimization: track KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion), prepare reports and continuously improve channels based on data insights.
• Collaboration with the team and board: contribute creative ideas to further develop the digital presence and support on-site events.
