Duties and Responsibilities: Personal Sales Development: Develop and grow a profitable book of personal insurance business. Identify and pursue new client opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted prospecting. Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering consultative insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products, carrier guidelines, and market trends. Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tolls and sales management platform. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support assigned producers to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one development sessions. Monitor pipeline activity, ensure CRM utilization, and guide producers on effective sales strategies. Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and performance. Strategic & Operational Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Platform VP of Sales to develop and implement regional sales strategies. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates on team and individual performance. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new producers as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations while working to minimize E&O exposures. Requirements
State-issued Property and Casualty Producer License. 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study. Or relevant experience. 7+ years in an Insurance sales role with time spent in team leadership. Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce. Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
