• Maintain communication with customers via the office phone system, texting, and emails
• Schedule meetings with potential customers for estimators
• Schedule approved jobs according to staffing availability
• Maintain inventory of literature and marketing materials
• Relay communications between clients, staff, and management
• Track employee hours worked per job
• Track purchases made for each job
• Assist the manager with sending invoices when projects are complete
• Assist estimators with material location and pricing
• Help maintain social media accounts and email communication with prospects
• Set efficient schedules for a growing number of crew members
• Adjust schedules for last-minute cancellations, call-offs, and illnesses
