About the role
- Own and execute all B2B email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys
- Develop and manage email automation workflows and nurture sequences
- Report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability, engagement trends)
- Use data to drive strategic A/B testing and performance optimization
- Mine audience and behavioral data for actionable insights and test hypotheses
- Improve deliverability, segmentation strategy, and engagement rates
- Identify and implement automation efficiencies to streamline workflow
- Own and manage cross-functional email calendar across marketing, partnerships, and sales
- Support light copywriting and content refinement to align with brand voice
- Collaborate with cross-channel stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience (B2B2C preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required)
- Experience building and optimizing automated email journeys
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into action
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Light copywriting/editing experience
