About the role
- Gather and document client requirements and business processes
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment of HR/Learning systems
- Identify functionality gaps and propose effective strategies
- Conduct workshops to support adoption and training
- Work closely with project managers and technical teams (on-site and offshore)
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Education, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Familiarity with HR/LMS systems (Workday® or SumTotal desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client needs and deliver on timelines
- Experience implementing or managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) (required by application form)
- English proficiency (application requires candidate to state level)
- Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (application asks availability)
