- Daily interaction with our customers over the phone

Requirements
- Passion to customer service
- 1+ year of experience in a similar customer service role or related field
- Proficiency in both English and Norwegian languages is essential for communication with foreign customers
- Attention to details and solid problem-solving ability
- Empathy and active listening skills
- Good computer skills
- Legal right to work and reside in Latvia
