About the role
- Support the Head of Key Accounts in growing the Partner Program by managing a portfolio of strategic customers
- Drive loyalty, satisfaction, and growth through strong relationships, proactive feedback handling, and structured account management
- Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B/B2C clients (workshops, resellers, fleets)
- Gather client feedback to inform program improvements
- Lead onboarding for new key clients
- Identify leads from existing clients and market signals
- Track account KPIs and contribute to program performance reporting
- Ensure timely communication on benefits, promotions, and service updates
- Conduct account reviews, monitor health, and facilitate tier upgrades
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B account management, sales, or customer success (automotive aftermarket/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of workshop, reseller, or fleet operations
- Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and KPI tracking
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
- Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced-level English language skills are essential for communication with foreign customers
- An advantage for candidates with proficiency in Nordic languages working with solutions tailored for Nordic audiences and users
