About the role

  • Support the Head of Key Accounts in growing the Partner Program by managing a portfolio of strategic customers
  • Drive loyalty, satisfaction, and growth through strong relationships, proactive feedback handling, and structured account management
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value B2B/B2C clients (workshops, resellers, fleets)
  • Gather client feedback to inform program improvements
  • Lead onboarding for new key clients
  • Identify leads from existing clients and market signals
  • Track account KPIs and contribute to program performance reporting
  • Ensure timely communication on benefits, promotions, and service updates
  • Conduct account reviews, monitor health, and facilitate tier upgrades

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B account management, sales, or customer success (automotive aftermarket/e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong understanding of workshop, reseller, or fleet operations
  • Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and KPI tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
  • Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced-level English language skills are essential for communication with foreign customers
  • An advantage for candidates with proficiency in Nordic languages working with solutions tailored for Nordic audiences and users
