About the role

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best talent to TRM.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles and teams.
  • Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint.
  • Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to find and hire a diverse and exceptional team.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of hiring.
  • Within 72 hours schedule intake meeting, open position in ATS, post description, design interview process, and configure interview plan.
  • Within a week conduct 5–10 Recruiter Screens and run the first hiring-team calibration sync.
  • Two weeks after initial interviews analyze data to identify drivers of pass rates and conversions and share insights with the hiring team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
  • Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles, using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data
  • Ability to quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements; flexibility, curiosity, and high tolerance for change
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations
  • Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets
  • Maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours (team requirement)
