About the role

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline for TRKKN’s consulting and licensing business, targeting new clients ranging from mid-market companies to large enterprises
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and presenting our products and services to closing deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to customer challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and providing an outstanding consultative sales experience
  • Share responsibility for and execute parts of TRKKN’s DACH sales strategy to acquire new customers using outbound tactics aligned with Go-to-Market and Marketing
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and events, both directly and via our existing partnerships with Google, technology vendors and agencies
  • Create compelling pitch decks and tailored approaches to present our offering to prospective clients
  • Negotiate licensing fees and contracts for consulting and professional services with customers’ procurement teams
  • Coordinate pre-contractual requirements to ensure all necessary documents and processes are in place
  • Leverage the Google Cloud & Ads organization network to develop joint sales approaches for key accounts
  • Capture and analyze customer data to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in business development, client acquisition and engagement within the online marketing, data analytics and martech industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth using outbound lead-generation tactics and exceptional consultative selling
  • Completed certifications and training as well as hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and/or its competitors
  • Ideally prior experience with Google Cloud and/or Google Marketing Platform, particularly products like Google Analytics
  • Preferably experience in verticals such as Telco, Media & Entertainment or Energy & Utilities is an advantage
  • Strong personality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 times per month within Germany
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English and German (min. C1)
