About the role
- Act as a coach and challenger, ensuring that the Trivium code of conduct and company values are applied consistently
- Develop effective long-term staffing strategies
- Provide expertise on leadership development, performance management, and talent management
- Promote the right behaviors and facilitate training sessions
- Deliver data-driven insights to identify issues and opportunities in HR-related matters
- Supports the business in creating a safe working environment and safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role within a fast-paced, preferably industrial environment
- Proven ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, and implement solutions
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of multiple businesses, functions and processes
- Demonstrated union experience and understanding of Works Councils
- High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments
- Fluent in English (written and oral) and local language
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
