About the role

  • Act as a coach and challenger, ensuring that the Trivium code of conduct and company values are applied consistently
  • Develop effective long-term staffing strategies
  • Provide expertise on leadership development, performance management, and talent management

  • Deliver data-driven insights to identify issues and opportunities in HR-related matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role within a fast-paced, preferably industrial environment
  • Proven ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, and implement solutions
  • Strong business acumen with knowledge of multiple businesses, functions and processes
  • Demonstrated union experience and understanding of Works Councils
  • High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments
  • Fluent in English (written and oral) and local language
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
