About the role
- You will actively contribute to the planning, coordination and implementation of internal HR projects, particularly in the area of Performance Management
- You will support the content preparation of strategic HR topics, especially in the areas of Leadership Development, Change Management and Employee Wellbeing
- Collaboration with other HR interfaces, such as our shared-service teams
- Participation in the planning and delivery of workshops and training sessions
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program, e.g. Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
- Genuine interest in modern HR topics and excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office and affinity for digital HR tools
- Enjoys continuous personal development and is willing to take on responsibility
