About the role

  • Active acquisition of new clients and targeted activity planning in the Leisure & MICE segment
  • Responsible for optimal occupancy of event spaces and guest rooms in the MICE segment
  • Development of new source markets and conducting potential and competitor analyses
  • Planning, preparing and executing client events, site inspections and sales activities

Requirements

  • Active acquisition of new clients and targeted activity planning in the Leisure & MICE segment
  • Managing, maintaining and strategically expanding existing client relationships, including securing follow-up business
  • Responsible for optimal occupancy of event spaces and guest rooms in the MICE segment
  • Development of new source markets and conducting potential and competitor analyses
  • Planning, preparing and executing client events, site inspections and sales activities
  • Participation in relevant trade fairs, events, roadshows and networking functions
  • Preparation of regular reports and revenue forecasts for the Head of Sales & Commercial Europe
  • Coordination and follow-up of sales leads and structured maintenance of all customer data in the CRM system
  • Representing tristar Hotels in compliance with all brand standards, policies and budget guidelines
