Oversee and maintain progress on active projects and programs within the financial services department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables stay on track
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks or blockers to project success
Support team members and provide guidance to maintain continuity
Document key decisions, progress, and issues for seamless transition back to the returning employee
Requirements
15+ years of experience in project or program management
Proven success in financial services, preferably within wealth management
Strong leadership and communication skills across technical and business teams
Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and integrate into existing teams
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience managing vendor relationships and external delivery partners
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Background in regulatory or compliance-driven environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
