About the role
- Execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the ANZ and Pacific region to accelerate brand presence.
- Identify, prioritize, and close high-value deals with hotel groups and management companies.
- Deliver high-energy presentations - both on-stage at regional events and in the boardroom.
- Maintain a "rocket-ship" follow-up cadence, navigating the full sales cycle from lead generation to complex commercial negotiation and close.
- Utilize a deep understanding of the hotel e-commerce & distribution landscape to build tailored ROI-based proposals.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Experience in Hotel Tech, Ad Tech, or SaaS is essential.
- Mindset: You thrive in a start-up environment - self-driven, objective-based, and comfortable "diving in the deep end."
- Network: Possess an extensive, active network of hoteliers and decision-makers across the ANZ region, with a proven ability to leverage these relationships to drive commercial outcomes.
- Location: Based in a major ANZ hub (Sydney, Melbourne, or Auckland preferred).
