About the role
- Prospect and close contracts with new reseller partners
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new reseller partners
- Deliver training, playbooks, and enablement content that sets partners up for success
- Serve as their go-to resource for product, process, and performance questions
- Build trusted, proactive relationships with partners
- Drive regular performance reviews and health calls
- Surface opportunities to increase partner-led revenue
- Act early on churn signals and provide recovery plans
- Track partner performance against KPIs like Net New MRR, activation velocity, and churn
- Coordinate with internal teams to unblock partners
- Partner with Sales to expand revenue within existing contracts
- Work closely with Sales & Events to activate referral partners
- Support partner-led events and track engagement and follow-ups
- Ensure proper lead tagging and attribution
- Collaborate with Product on partner-related integrations and features
- Provide insights and feedback from partners to influence product direction
- Help translate partner needs into commercial outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships, account management, customer success, or channel growth roles
- Strong communicator, able to tell the story behind the data
- Able to balance structured operational work with creative problem solving
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Analytical thinker, comfortable looking at revenue, churn, and growth metrics
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Looker, Notion
- SaaS experience, preferably in travel tech or multi-product ecosystems
- Experience working with partner programs, reseller channels, or GTM ecosystems
