About the role

  • Produce high-quality 2D assets for in-game features, events, and live ops content
  • Work closely with Art Direction, Product, and Design to align visuals with gameplay and player experience
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across game features and content updates
  • Produce concept art, sketches, and visual explorations to support new features and events
  • Prepare production ready assets optimised for mobile performance and implementation
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to support clear, readable, and engaging interfaces
  • Iterate on assets based on feedback, playtests, and live performance data
  • Help improve visual quality and efficiency by contributing to art guidelines and workflows
  • Support junior artists through feedback and example-setting

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a 2D Illustrator in games or interactive products
  • Excellent illustration skills with a strong understanding of colour, composition, lighting, and style consistency
  • Experience creating assets for mobile games, preferably free-to-play
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver polished work with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Experience working on live games or live-ops content is a strong asset
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating illustration quality and versatility
