Product Specialist

• Act as the day-to-day technical product expert for our partner management and service team
• Review, assess and, if necessary, supplement technical plans from partner companies
• Support new installation partners with hydraulic schematics and drawings
• Work closely with the field service team
• Evaluate the implementation of new installations and identify required follow-up or corrective actions
• Provide remote support in service cases for troubleshooting and fault resolution
• Communicate inquiries about new features or problems within the team
