About the role

  • Lead Trip’s U.S. brand partnerships strategy across celebrities, influencers, and brand collaborations to drive cultural relevance, awareness, and long-term brand equity.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with celebrities, high-impact creators, talent agencies, management companies, and content platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent and creator opportunities across social, experiential, digital, and content-led initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership execution: brand, talent sourcing, creative ideation, business case development, contract negotiation, launch planning, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to ensure alignment on brand positioning, creative direction, and campaign calendars.
  • Work with regional marketing leads to localize global partnerships for the U.S. market and share best practices internationally.
  • Partner with e-commerce and sales teams to develop performance-driven creator programmes that support product launches, promotions and retail moments.
  • Manage relationships with creators, influencers, and talent agencies.
  • Oversee influencer seeding, ambassador programs, and long-term talent collaborations.
  • Own partnership budgets, forecasts, and ROI measurement frameworks.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver insights to optimize future partnerships.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, talent showcases, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, talent relations, or strategic marketing, ideally within high-growth CPG, DTC, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful celebrity and creator partnerships in the U.S. market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience structuring complex complex talent, ambassador, and licensing deals.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. creator economy, social platforms, talent landscape, and cultural trends.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate ROI and performance impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience launching talent partnerships in international markets.
  • Existing network of talent agents, managers, creators, and influencer partners.
  • Background in experiential marketing, talent-driven brand activations, or large-scale cultural moments.
