About the role

  • Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.
  • Maintain rolling plans and ensure product availability.
  • Manage inventory across DCs and co-packers; optimize safety stock.
  • Flag supply risks and lead mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate with co-packers/manufacturers on capacity and lead times.
  • Support launches, packaging changes, and promotions with supply readiness.
  • Align with logistics on inbound materials and outbound shipments.
  • Report key supply metrics (fill rate, OTIF, inventory days, stock-outs).
  • Support S&OP with supply insights and scenarios.
  • Maintain accurate BOMs/master data.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3–6 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply planning preferably in FMCG/CPG or beverage/consumer goods environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret supply chain data, variances, inventory KPIs, fill-rates and drive action
  • Familiarity with co-packing/contract manufacturing and finished goods supply planning in a multi‐site or import environment
  • Understanding of inventory management concepts: days of supply, safety stock, obsolescence, stock‐outs, lead‐times
