About the role
- Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.
- Maintain rolling plans and ensure product availability.
- Manage inventory across DCs and co-packers; optimize safety stock.
- Flag supply risks and lead mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with co-packers/manufacturers on capacity and lead times.
- Support launches, packaging changes, and promotions with supply readiness.
- Align with logistics on inbound materials and outbound shipments.
- Report key supply metrics (fill rate, OTIF, inventory days, stock-outs).
- Support S&OP with supply insights and scenarios.
- Maintain accurate BOMs/master data.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3–6 years’ experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or supply planning preferably in FMCG/CPG or beverage/consumer goods environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret supply chain data, variances, inventory KPIs, fill-rates and drive action
- Familiarity with co-packing/contract manufacturing and finished goods supply planning in a multi‐site or import environment
- Understanding of inventory management concepts: days of supply, safety stock, obsolescence, stock‐outs, lead‐times
