About the role
- Work closely with design, growth, and leadership teams, initially focusing on priority channels.
- Execute and manage the social media strategy with a B2B focus.
- Create and manage the editorial calendar aligned with business objectives.
- Produce briefings and oversee content creation (posts, short-form videos, articles, campaigns).
- Manage paid media campaigns targeting awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics, proposing continuous improvements.
- Track market trends and B2B audience behavior.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2–4 years) managing social media and performance-driven strategies.
- Proven background in data-driven, performance-focused B2B marketing, with emphasis on customer acquisition, brand positioning, qualified demand generation, and integration with the sales funnel.
- Knowledge of content planning, editorial calendars, and metrics analysis (KPIs).
- Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads experience is a plus).
- Analytical ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on results.
- Strong written communication, organization, and autonomy.
