About the role
- Acts as a liaison between Mercy Home Health and referral sources
- Works across all departments as necessary to coordinate care
- Works closely with referral source, patients, and families to outline services
- Gathers necessary information for a safe transition to home
- Responsible for processing referrals
- Increases market share from assigned accounts to achieve target forecast
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years healthcare sales experience
- Home care experience and/or clinical background (i.e. Nursing, Medical Social Work)
- Computer efficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Current PA driver's license required
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop good rapport with referral sources and other community groups
- Previous sales/marketing experience required
- Experience in healthcare-related field with a proven track record
