About the role

  • Provides financial leadership and operational support for Trinity Information Services (TIS).
  • Leads a team of financial professionals and ensures effective processes for capital and operating budgets, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with standards.
  • Accountable for long range financial planning, capital planning, and operating budget development.
  • Communicates financial results, forecasts and issues leaders and develops action plans and contingency plans to achieve budgeted results.
  • Responsible for developing and presenting continuing financial education for directors and managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven (7) to Ten (10) years experience in financial management with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Multi-hospital experience is strongly preferred with experience in working in a complex delivery system.
  • Five (5) years’ experience as a director in a hospital setting at a multi-site, complex healthcare organization.
  • A Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred.
