About the role
- Provides professional project management expertise and coordination for a variety of complex, high-profile projects, programs and initiatives.
- Coordinates and leads project teams through all project phases, including planning, sourcing, execution, implementation and assessment.
- Troubleshoots problems and ensures completion of project deliverables, adhering to established standards, budgets and schedules.
- Provides project status updates to stakeholders, management and leadership.
- Develops and executes communication plans.
- Supports pharmacy projects across Michigan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Five years of project management experience.
- Three years of experience with change management, process redesign and systems implementations initiatives.
- Experience interacting with executive leadership
