About the role
- Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the contract process within assigned Ministry.
- Responsible for supporting Trinity Health's Contract Management System (“CMS”).
- Accountable for maintaining contract process in compliance with applicable Trinity Health and Ministry policies and procedures.
- Serves as liaison between Legal Department and Ministry business owners.
- Responsible for contract intake, review and storage processes.
- Managing electronic signature process ensuring all contracts are properly executed.
- Assist with other projects for the Legal Department as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires paralegal certificate, degree in paralegal studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in a law firm and/or corporate legal department with an emphasis on corporate healthcare and contract administration.
- Experience in corporate records and transactions preferred.
- Experience with legal research, filing and processing legal documents.
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
