About the role

  • Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the contract process within assigned Ministry.
  • Responsible for supporting Trinity Health's Contract Management System (“CMS”).
  • Accountable for maintaining contract process in compliance with applicable Trinity Health and Ministry policies and procedures.
  • Serves as liaison between Legal Department and Ministry business owners.
  • Responsible for contract intake, review and storage processes.
  • Managing electronic signature process ensuring all contracts are properly executed.
  • Assist with other projects for the Legal Department as assigned.

Requirements

  • Requires paralegal certificate, degree in paralegal studies or a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience working in a law firm and/or corporate legal department with an emphasis on corporate healthcare and contract administration.
  • Experience in corporate records and transactions preferred.
  • Experience with legal research, filing and processing legal documents.
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
