About the role
- Manage and oversee billing and follow-up activities for government and non-government accounts
- Motivate team to achieve customer satisfaction and operational goals
- Develop strategies to maximize reimbursement and ensure timely claims resolution
- Monitor operations and ensure continuous improvement of service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in revenue management
- Experience managing Billing/Follow-up operations
- Superior management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
