- Oversees Quality, Risk Management, and Patient Safety team at Holy Cross Health.
- Accountable for performance and regulatory readiness of departments/areas within a limited geography.
- Provides leadership and direction through managers.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license by Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State required.
- Prior relevant leadership experience required.
- Certifications aligned with area of responsibility required.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without work visa or sponsorship.
