Keep clients’ Fire & Gas Suppression systems performing at their best to safeguard people, property and businesses
Complete scheduled maintenance in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to Trinity’s high-quality standards
Work as part of a skilled team of Specialist Engineers and be supported by wider support departments to provide high quality service and customer experience
Effectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status
Liaise with service administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure service commitments are met
Work to a planned maintenance schedule
Issue remedial repairs and minor additions to existing installations in line with administration guidance
Service and work on suppression systems (F-Gas, FM200, Novec, PAFSS, Fire Eater, Inergen)
Work with control panels (Kentec Sigma XT) and integrity test equipment (Retrotec)
Carry out electrical remedial works and fault diagnosis
Requirements
Experience in servicing and maintaining fire & gas suppression systems
Ability to carry out electrical remedial works such as changing devices, installing batteries and adding additional devices
A logical approach to system fault diagnosis and rectification
To always provide outstanding customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication
Understand the basic building services to test cause and effect of fire alarm interfaces
A comprehensive understanding of the causes and cures of suppression problems and ability to recommend changes to practices, processes and systems
A thorough understanding of BS6266, BS5839, BS7273 & BSEN15004
Basic Electrical Safety training (ECA)
Willingness to work regionally in the South of England (Somerset/Wilts/Gloucestershire/Bristol)
Security vetting (offers of employment subject to satisfactory vetting)
