💰 $100,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Lead clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP)
- Collaborate and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Mentor technicians and provide feedback on performance
- Manage Joint Commission inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Identify variances to the norm and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Ability to manage day-to-day and long-term site operations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Ability to perform financial analysis and calculate budgets, revenue, and costs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
- Ability to think and manage strategically
- Preferred path includes prior experience as an Assistant CE Manager, Senior Technician, Supervisor, or other leadership development program
