About the role

  • Support and execute the talent acquisition (TA) and workforce planning strategies of the organization
  • Manage the hiring process by sourcing and pipelining
  • Partner with TA leadership, HR, and hiring managers to define position requirements
  • Create and execute sourcing strategies
  • Evaluate candidates based on position profiles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and advise on negotiations
  • Facilitate candidate onboarding processes
  • Manage special projects and engage in continuous learning

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting and selection and/or sourcing and pipelining
  • Eye for talent and the ability to exercise quick, solid people judgment and accurate decision making
  • Knowledgeable in competency-based interviewing techniques and methodologies
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage time and set priorities amidst multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and interviewing skills
  • Intermediate presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
