Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive PX Business Partnering experience
- Proven track record of leading PX workstreams for large-scale organizational design or digital transformation projects
- Deep financial acumen and data literacy
- Ability to influence VP-level leaders
- Expert at navigating high-stakes environments
- Experience specifically supporting Finance or IT transformations within a global technology or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance HR productivity and business processes
