About the role

Participate in all software development tasks from design to implementation and deployments
Develop new features and fix bugs in Harvest SaaS service
Implement new user interfaces and ensure flawless end user experiences in web and mobile applications
Work as a full stack developer with stronger frontend focus
Collaborate within the Harvest team and with international Trimble teams
Use AI powered development tools

Competence and work experience in web application development +5 years
Angular/AngularJS (TypeScript) or other JavaScript framework skills
Excellent frontend development skills
Backend development skills with Java Spring or C#
Fluent English language skills
Finnish language skills are a big plus
Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure) appreciated
Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Gemini) appreciated
Experience of XML parsing or StanForD data transfer standard appreciated
Map components or libraries such as Leaflet, OpenLayers appreciated
Understanding of spatial concepts and coordinate systems, GIS, map projections, GeoJSON, GML, Shapefile, GPS data appreciated
Strong SQL skills appreciated
Proficiency in mobile development (iOS, Android) appreciated
Experience with Node.js appreciated
University degree in the field appreciated
