About the role

  • Lead a specialized team of program and project managers to deliver complex Machine Systems and integrated applications from concept to global launch.
  • Own and optimize the CTCT T5 development process, ensuring efficient delivery of high-stakes NPI programs for both Caterpillar and Trimble.
  • Partner with Technical Directors and Product Managers to establish a culture of continuous improvement and risk-based thinking across the product life cycle.
  • Oversee large-scale development plans involving factory integration for construction and mining sectors, ensuring all technical and quality targets are met.
  • Coach and mentor team members to expand their capabilities, fostering an environment where professional growth aligns with business success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within a multi-disciplinary hardware and software environment.
  • Strong leadership background with a track record of managing and mentoring project management professionals.
  • Deep understanding of product life cycle management and formal development processes (such as T5 or similar frameworks).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across global business units.
