- Design, develop, and deliver custom software solutions including SQL scripts and database modifications
- Spearhead the creation of advanced Crystal Reports and SSRS dashboards
- Execute rigorous testing protocols to ensure technical customizations meet quality and scope requirements
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and internal teams
- Proactively manage project timelines and technical progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or Accounting
- At least 4+ years of professional custom programming experience
- Expert-level SQL knowledge
- Proficiency in two or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or C#)
- Experience in developing reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS
- Foundational understanding of business accounting principles (payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable)
- Experience managing multiple small projects simultaneously
