About the role
- Drive the product roadmap and delivery plan from MVP to global launch
- Lead deep customer discovery to validate concepts and refine features
- Act as the central Product Owner for engineering teams, managing backlogs
- Champion cross-functional excellence by partnering with design, marketing, and sales
- Own the metrics that matter, taking full accountability for product usage, adoption, and revenue growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a strategic, user-centric mindset
- Experience in the Architecture or Construction technology industry (bonus)
- Previous success in managing public lab releases or staged rollouts for SaaS products (bonus)
- Examples of leading customer research that resulted in significant product pivots or refinements (bonus)
