Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- At least 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in managing a P&L and driving core SaaS metrics
- Direct experience in Construction or Engineering is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and CS Platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (PMP) is a significant advantage.
