About the role
- Lead and inspire a full-stack software development team through active coaching, mentoring, and professional development to achieve excellence in innovation.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering peers to align technical execution with the overall product strategy and long-term roadmaps.
- Drive the delivery of high-quality features and cloud-based applications, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid execution of the development lifecycle.
- Analyse, design, and modify web-based software applications while maintaining a focus on quality, scalability, and technical excellence.
- Foster a culture of ownership and accountability by delegating tasks and empowering employees to take responsibility for their individual and team goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Engineering with a deep understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on networking, partnering, and effective conflict management.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a software development team (Bonus).
- Technical proficiency with backend systems written in .Net C# and modern frontend web development frameworks (Bonus).
- Familiarity with SaaS products hosted on Azure or similar cloud platforms (Bonus).
