About the role
- Serve as the subject matter expert to train and coach distribution partners, enhancing their ability to effectively demonstrate and sell Trimble's premier software suite
- Provide expert technical consultations and high-impact demonstrations for core offerings including Trimble Business Center (TBC), WorksManager, and WorksOS
- Lead technical support for complex, high-priority implementations to ensure long-term customer success and loyalty
- Gather and synthesize critical market intelligence and trends to directly inform future product development and regional sales strategies
- Drive regional software growth by ensuring our horizontal construction solutions are precisely positioned to solve real-world site challenges
Requirements
- Proven technical experience as a Sales or Application Engineer within the civil construction or heavy equipment technology industry
- Deep, practical knowledge of horizontal site operations, including grading, paving, earthmoving, and machine control
- Hands-on proficiency with Trimble Business Center (TBC) or a strong ability to master complex civil construction software
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for articulating technical concepts to everyone from field crews to executives
