About the role

  • Proactively connect with customers to renew subscriptions, up-sell innovative services, and capture vital feedback.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues with service activation and operation to ensure seamless customer workflows.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and quotes to help customers maximize their positioning solutions.

Requirements

  • Multilingual Expertise: You are fluent in Portuguese and English (required).
