About the role
- Proactively connect with customers to renew subscriptions, up-sell innovative services, and capture vital feedback.
- Troubleshoot complex issues with service activation and operation to ensure seamless customer workflows.
- Provide expert product knowledge and quotes to help customers maximize their positioning solutions.
- Maintain and update client accounts to ensure a high standard of accuracy across our internal systems.
Requirements
- Multilingual Expertise: You are fluent in Portuguese and English (required).
- Communication Pro: You have a warm, approachable manner and a proven talent for building customer relationships.
- Technical Aptitude: You possess a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools with an interest in technical troubleshooting.
- Bonus Points For: Fluency in Spanish.
- Previous experience in a customer service position or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior technical support expertise.
