About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing plan for Japan
- Partner closely with local Sales, SDRs, technical teams to drive new business opportunities and grow existing business
- Successfully execute multi-channel demand generation programs and highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Design and manage a localized events strategy
- Create and manage Japan-specific content and messaging
- Own and drive relations and initiatives with key local industry bodies, associations, advisories, and technology alliances
- Implement and report on performance marketing across digital platforms
- Manage regional marketing budgets and report on marketing effectiveness and ROI
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B marketing experience in Japan
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record in demand generation, field marketing, event management, and integrated campaigns
- Strong proficiency with Marketing Automation Tools (MAT), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
- Excellent ability to build relationships and align priorities across sales, product marketing, and global teams within a matrix organization
- Knowledge of the Construction industry and an understanding of its unique issues and personas is highly preferred.
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
