About the role
- Plan and schedule the rollout of new features and updates
- Manage multiple Salesforce environments (development, testing, staging, and production)
- Implement and maintain version control systems (like Git)
- Oversee the testing process to ensure all changes are thoroughly tested before deployment
- Manage the deployment process, ensuring releases are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality gates
Requirements
- 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience in implementing and enforcing robust DevOps practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce governance, compliance requirements, and change control processes
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator
