Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Direct experience in the construction industry or selling construction-tech (AECO)
  • Familiarity with MEP workflows is a significant plus.
  • Mastery of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Gap Selling)
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Ability to comfortably discuss cloud integrations, BIM, and data-driven construction workflows.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
