About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers focused on delivering connected BIM and ALM solutions to state government owners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to owner clients, particularly DOTs, guiding them through BIM adoption.
  • Conduct and support value-based demonstrations, discovery sessions, and technical workshops related to civil BIM.
  • Architect and communicate cross-platform workflows integrating Trimble Connect with various tools.
  • Collaborate across AECO and Geospatial/Field teams to ensure alignment on civil construction and infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the civil infrastructure or construction technology space.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring technical teams in pre-sales or solutions engineering roles.
  • Proven expertise with Trimble Connect, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of public owner needs, including DOTs, transportation agencies, and capital project stakeholders.
